Binding Agreement: By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use in full. HengOngBet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice or consent.
User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with the Terms of Use and specific rules for each game. HengOngBet may add or remove games from the platform without notice.

Age Verification: You must be of legal age as defined by your jurisdiction to use HengOngBet. We reserve the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to verify age and identity. Your account may be suspended until valid documentation is provided.
Personal Information: By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data for platform access, promotions, and transactions. You must ensure your account information remains accurate. Inaccurate or outdated details may result in account suspension or termination.
One Account Policy: Each member is allowed only one HengOngBet account. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended and remaining balances forfeited.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All actions taken under your account will be treated as valid. We recommend updating your password regularly for added protection.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for six (6) consecutive months may be closed, and any remaining balance may be forfeited or donated to a charity chosen by HengOngBet.
Data Protection: HengOngBet uses advanced encryption technologies to secure your personal data and ensure privacy.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account once processed and verified. Deposits made using third-party accounts may be deemed invalid.
Payment Methods: Only approved payment solutions or direct manual transfers are accepted. Unofficial or third-party agents are not authorized to collect payments on behalf of HengOngBet.
Error Handling: If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, you must inform us immediately. HengOngBet reserves the right to void related bets and recover those funds.
Withdrawal Limits: You may request up to three (3) withdrawals per day, with a daily cap of RM30,000. A minimum turnover of 1x your deposit amount is required before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawal Fees: HengOngBet may apply handling fees on withdrawals to cover third-party processing costs.
Currency & Identity: Withdrawals must be made in the same currency as the deposit and to the registered account holder. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be canceled.
Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension and withheld funds pending verification.

Final Bets: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed or canceled—even in the event of disconnection. A confirmation or Ticket ID will serve as proof.
Technical Issues: In case of software, hardware, or connectivity errors, HengOngBet reserves the right to void or cancel bets as necessary.
Payout Limits: Each game provider sets its own maximum payout limits. HengOngBet has no control over these limits.
Fraud Prevention: HengOngBet may void bets and suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent behavior, including arbitrage betting or unfair technological advantages.

Improper Activity: Accounts found engaging in collusion, abuse, manipulation, or using unfair betting tactics may be suspended or terminated.
System Abuse: The use of malicious software (e.g., viruses, worms, Trojans) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
Suspicious Behavior: Irregular betting activity, such as artificially inflating turnover or arbitrage strategies, may lead to account suspension or closure.

External Factors: In the event of server errors, poor internet connection, or other technical disruptions, final results will be based on the latest recorded data from HengOngBet and its game providers.
Force Majeure: HengOngBet will provide updates and notices in the event of natural disasters, system outages, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable events.

Official Language: The English version of the Terms of Use shall prevail in case of inconsistencies between different language versions.
Modifications: HengOngBet reserves the right to modify terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
